New Campaign Frame “Court & Shadow” from Kobold Press

Court & Shadow takes players on adventures between courtly power struggles and the supernatural dangers of the faerie realm. One particularly interesting feature is its dedicated Status system, which represents the characters’ standing at court. Their decisions and behavior can directly affect how they are perceived within courtly society.

But the Campaign Frame offers more than rules for navigating the social arena. It includes important NPCs, 14 new Adversaries, and two Environments. It also provides detailed locations, factions, and additional setting material that GMs can use to create their own adventures and campaigns centered around the faerie court.

At 35 pages, Court & Shadow is not an extensive campaign book, but rather a compact toolkit for groups looking to expand their Daggerheart games with courtly intrigue, faeries, and political power struggles.
