Daggerhome is available in German and English. The WordPress plugin Polylang is used to manage the different language versions.

Polylang stores the following cookie on the visitor’s device:

pll_language

The cookie contains the language code of the language version most recently visited or selected and enables the website to take the visitor’s language preference into account during subsequent visits.

The cookie is used exclusively for the website’s language functionality and is not used for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes.

The regular storage period of the cookie is one year.

The cookie is stored in order to provide the language functionality used by the visitor. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in providing the German and English versions of the website in a user-friendly and consistent manner.

Where Section 25 of the German Telecommunications-Digital Services Data Protection Act (Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz – TDDDG) applies to the storage of information on a user’s terminal equipment or access to information already stored there, the storage is carried out as a process necessary to provide the language functionality requested by the user pursuant to Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

6. Fonts

Daggerhome uses the Fraunces and Source Sans 3 fonts.

The required font files are hosted locally on Daggerhome’s server. Therefore, no connection to Google Fonts is established for the purpose of providing these fonts when the website is accessed.

As a result, the visitor’s IP address is not transmitted to Google solely for the purpose of retrieving these fonts.

You can contact Daggerhome using the email address provided on the website.

If you contact us by email, the personal data you provide will be processed insofar as this is necessary to process and respond to your enquiry. This includes in particular your email address as well as any information you voluntarily provide and the content of your message.

Daggerhome currently does not use services for personal web analytics or advertising or marketing tracking.

In particular, Google Analytics is currently not used.

Should analytics, statistics, or other external services be introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before or at the time of their introduction and, where required, the user’s consent will be obtained.

Daggerhome contains links to third-party websites and services.

Simply displaying an ordinary external link does not generally result in data being transmitted to the relevant third party. Such transmission generally takes place only when you follow the link and thereby visit the third party’s website.

The respective operator of the linked website is responsible for the processing of personal data on that website. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
