1. About Daggerhome
Daggerhome is a privately operated, non-commercial and editorially independent fan project dedicated to the tabletop role-playing game Daggerheart.
Daggerhome is not an official offering of Critical Role, Darrington Press, or any partners affiliated with these companies. Editorial coverage of companies, publishers, products, projects, or individuals does not imply that they support, authorize, or collaborate with Daggerhome.
2. Critical Role Notice
Daggerhome uses names and content associated with Critical Role only within the scope of the applicable legal provisions and licensing terms.
This project is unofficial fan content and is not approved or endorsed in any way by Critical Role.
The rights to Critical Role and associated trademarks, names, characters, settings, logos, and other protected content remain with their respective rights holders.

3. Daggerheart and Darrington Press
The rights to Daggerheart and associated names, trademarks, logos, game content, and other protected materials remain with their respective rights holders.
The use of such names and terms on Daggerhome serves in particular the purposes of editorial reporting, review, commentary, and discussion of Daggerheart and related products and projects. Such references or coverage do not constitute a business relationship, partnership, or official recognition of Daggerhome by Darrington Press, Critical Role, or any other rights holder.
4. Darrington Press Community Gaming License
Certain appropriately identified content on Daggerhome may use Public Game Content from the Daggerheart System Reference Document (SRD) and may be published under the Darrington Press Community Gaming License (DPCGL).
Such content is subject to the license and attribution notices provided with the respective article or publication.
The use of the DPCGL for individual content does not mean that Daggerhome as a whole is an official product or service of, or endorsed by, Darrington Press.
Where an article uses Public Game Content from the Daggerheart System Reference Document, the required attribution is provided in accordance with the terms of the DPCGL.
5. Editorial Coverage and Sources
Daggerhome provides editorial coverage of Daggerheart as well as products, crowdfunding projects, releases, events, companies, and activities related to the game.
Protected names, trademarks, titles of works, and short excerpts from third-party content may be mentioned or reproduced where this is necessary and legally permissible for editorial reporting, commentary, criticism, review, or source attribution.
Sources and further references are provided directly in the respective article wherever possible.
The mention of a product, company, project, or creator does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, paid collaboration, or other business relationship unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Copyright and Original Content
Original editorial content, texts, designs, and other original works published on Daggerhome are subject to applicable copyright law insofar as they qualify for copyright protection.

Where required or appropriate, the source, rights holder, or applicable license is identified directly with the relevant image or article.
Rights in third-party visual material remain with the respective rights holders.
9. AI-Generated Images
Some illustrations used on Daggerhome are created with the assistance of generative artificial intelligence.
Such images are generally identified on Daggerhome by the notice:

AI-generated illustrations are used for the editorial and visual presentation of articles. They are not intended to represent authentic photographs of actual persons, places, or events unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. AI Assistance with Editorial Content and Translations
Artificial intelligence tools may be used in the production of Daggerhome to assist with research, structuring, drafting, editorial revision, and translation of content.
This applies in particular to the creation and revision of editorial texts and translations between the German and English versions of Daggerhome.
Published editorial content is selected and reviewed by a human before publication. Decisions regarding publication and editorial responsibility for the content remain with the operator of Daggerhome.
AI-generated or AI-assisted content is not published as independent editorial content without human review.
11. Translations
Daggerhome publishes content in German and English. Translations may be created with the assistance of artificial intelligence and subsequently reviewed editorially.
Despite careful review, differences in meaning, terminology, or nuance may occur between different language versions.
Official terminology is used wherever possible for product names, game terms, and other designations.
12. External Links
Daggerhome contains links to external third-party websites and services. These links are provided in particular as source references or to provide further information.
The respective operators are responsible for the content of external websites. Daggerhome does not adopt third-party content as its own merely by linking to it.
External websites are reviewed within reasonable editorial limits at the time the link is added. Daggerhome does not continuously monitor linked websites without specific indications of unlawful content.
If Daggerhome becomes aware of unlawful content on a linked website, the relevant link will be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed.
13. Changes and Third-Party Rights
These Legal Information notices will be updated if the content used by Daggerhome, applicable licensing terms, or the legal framework governing Daggerhome changes.
